Spring 2020 Trends

I will be going through an array of trends that are going to dominate Spring 2020 this upcoming season.

1. Reinvented White T-shirt

The white t-shirt is a classic staple to have in your closet and easy to use for every day. Designers have been adding more elements such as ruching, cropping, mixing textures, and embellishing to this simple shirt to give it a little re-vamp.

2. All things Shiny

Several designers have paired rather simple silhouettes with a lot of sequins, glitter, and metallic fabrics. These bold yet simple looks really create an effortless way to do something extra yet relaxed. So if you want that extra drama but still want something more relaxed and easy to wear, this is perfect!

3. Puffy Sleeves

We have seen a lot of puffy shoulders but now we are seeing the puffy sleeves altogether. They can bring a romantic feel to a piece or may also add some drama to a rather simple piece as well. I love this trend for the spring or early summer where it's just getting a little warmer and it leaves your body with some air to breathe and move comfortably.

1. Suits, suits, suits!

We are leaving the old, traditional suits behind and adding a little more of an edge! Designers have been adding their own spin to the traditional suits we see for workwear. They have been adding sheer elements, corsets, lingerie details for a little extra drama and flare. These elements really pick up the look and make it look more trendy, expensive, and stylish!
